All Day Fit Bootcamp

All Day Fit Bootcamp is a supportive and positive environment where you’re surrounded by people who face similar workout challenges. Group bootcamps will help you break past your own personal boundaries by having a coach to guide you and includes some healthy competition along the way. A typical class includes a combination of 25-30 minutes of interval cardiovascular routines and 25-30 minutes of strength training using a variety of kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, battle ropes and other equipment. This is a high-energy class revolving around circuit-style training and has lots of variety to keep you engaged and always on your toes! BURN FAT, GET STRONG, HAVE FUN.

Power Kettlebell 

This Power Kettlebell class is no 45-minute grinder! It’s a combination of high-intensity training, unconventional rest periods and an opportunity to battle and improve your technique. Classic and non-classical Kettlebell exercises such as Swings, Cleans, Snatch, Presses, Windmills and Turkish-Get-Up will be covered.

Strength Training 

A progressive strength and conditioning class open to all levels. Working on structural balance, endurance and technique, the program will be periodized so people will see results and achieve goals. Each class will focus on one of the following:

  • Barbell
  • Kettlebell
  • Strongwoman

You’ll learn technique, push your limits, and become stronger and more capable than ever before.
