The All Day Fit crew went paddle-boarding along Toronto's beautiful harbourfront with the Harbourfront Canoe & Kayak Centre. An amazingly fun workout with the best view in town!

August Breakfast Challenge

They say breakfast is the most important meal to kick off a great day! All Day Fit members were challenged to become more mindful of what they were putting into their bodies every morning. Challenged to choose the healthiest option possible and limited to eating the same breakfast more than 5 times throughout the month. It’s important to add a variety of taste and nutrients into your diet! Bonus points for those who got inspiration from another member's recipe! Are you up for the challenge?

Meal Prep May Challenge

Building healthy habits together! #AllDayFit community members were tasked to do the Meal Prep May challenge while sharing and getting inspo from all members of the community. Remember protein, green vegetables, and a healthy carb or fat. Happy eating!

Sweat 30 Minutes for 30 Days

#AllDayFit community members are challenged with sweating for a minimum of 30 minutes every day from January 9th until February 7th. Everyone who completes the challenge is entered into a draw to win THREE 1:1 sessions together!
