Our job is to educate and help you understand what you want your body to look like, how you want your body to perform and what you want your body to do in the gym.
Many people have come to us wanting to get in shape but don’t know where to start, or are lost and self-conscious at the gym. Whether it be weight loss, muscle building or the desire to live an overall healthier lifestyle, All Day Fit programs are customizable to YOUR unique fitness goals so you can train smarter, not harder, and get the results you want.
We believe in strength training and empowering everybody. Each session includes a strength training section and employs progressive strategies to help you achieve your personal best. We’ll focus on proper breathing techniques, a dynamic warm-up to help you move better, and strength training and conditioning based on your goals.
Living a healthy and active lifestyle can be hard to juggle with other priorities. As personal trainers, it’s our job to inspire, motivate, and teach you how to reach your goals. It’s your personal health that allows you to effectively perform in all areas of your life.
How does it work?
Personal fitness sessions are based out of Downtown Toronto at an exclusive club on King West, no gym membership required. Every session or package purchased comes with an initial consultation. It’s a chance for you to tell us about your goals, your health, experiences with fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition. Your goals are our goals!
From there, we build a customized program that you can look forward to and that fits into your daily routine.
