What can I expect?

My training style isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Our training programs will incorporate various techniques that work best to help you achieve your fitness goals including resistance training, calisthenics, boxing, yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits, Kettlebell, TRX and Olympic lifting training. With a beneficial yet fun program, you can expect to work hard, sweat, feel strong, build confidence and trust me, you’ll leave with a smile on your face every time.

How often do I need to train?

The number of days you train is up to you, however, I recommend a minimum of 3 days per week to achieve optimal results.

Do I need a gym membership?

The best part is, you don’t need a membership at any gym. I provide the facility for my clients at King West Studio located at King and Duncan.

How does it work?

Every session or package purchased comes with an initial 20 minute consultation. I will assess your current fitness level and we will discuss your goals, from there I will build a program that you can look forward to and fits into your daily routine.

My programs are customized for every shape, size, fitness level, and most importantly catered to YOUR unique fitness goals, whether that be weight loss, muscle toning or the desire to live healthier lifestyle.
As your continuous support system it’s my job to inspire, motivate, and teach you how to reach your desired outcome and create a program that can help change your life forever.

The end goal of these programs are to learn how to adopt health and fitness as a lifestyle with everything from nutrition, to exercise, to emotional well-being. It’s about achieving a healthy balance of the body and mind and integrating it into your everyday life.

When will I see results?

If you are following your workout program and making healthy food choices you will start to feel stronger, more fit and healthier almost immediately and you will start to see physical changes after the first 3-4 weeks of your training.
